Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, I recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure that I can accommodate your requested date and time. To provide the highest level of service, I ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment in order to fill out any necessary paperwork and to use the restroom. In the event that you are unable to make your appointment, I ask that you please cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. If you are unable to keep your appointment and do not cancel, a 50% no-show fee will be required before re-booking. If you are late to your appointment, we will still need to end at the scheduled time. I understand that emergencies do happen and weather conditions can be dangerous, so we will discuss the circumstances at that time. These policies are in place so that I am able to dedicate the highest level of care and attention to each person. I also have a limited amount of in- person appointments each week.
